How FittNut is made
From raw sorting to sealed packs
Every batch is graded, slow-roasted with little oil, seasoned evenly, and packed in airtight barrier pouches to keep the crunch intact.
Four steps
How each batch moves through the line
01
Sorting & Grading
Raw makhana, nuts, and dried fruit are sorted by size and checked for quality before any roasting begins.
02
Controlled Roasting
Each batch is slow-roasted with minimal oil, so the snack stays light and the natural flavour of the ingredient comes through.
03
Seasoning & Coating
Pudina, cheese-style, and other flavour blends are applied evenly, preserving the natural crispness of every piece.
04
Nitrogen-Flushed Packing
Products are sealed in airtight barrier packaging that protects shelf life and crunch across every pack size.
Food safety
Strict standards at every stage
Hygiene control and batch testing run through every step, so each pack meets the same standard whether it is a single pouch or a bulk order.
